Christmas in July?

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas….can’t you just hear Richard Dreyfus singing that in An American President?  Yes, I’m working on Christmas cards.  Why?  Well to help you of course!  I found a few years ago that my customers generally make a LOT of Christmas cards.  And they don’t usually start making them until sometime in November.  And they get all stressed out thinking about the number of cards they have to make.  A couple of years ago I started having monthly Christmas stamp-a-stacks starting in the summer.  This gets them started on making their cards in a manageable way.  By the time November rolls around, they’ll have a big stack and lots of ideas for finishing the rest.

Xmas-SAS-group(web)Today we are doing 2 each of 5 different designs.  I’ll show you the group shot, and then I post each separate card later.  I’d like to thank all the talented people at SCS for the inspiration.

The focus for this stamp-a-stack was simple, clean layouts that can be mass produced without causing insanity.  I think my favorite of all of these is the snowflake card.  It’s done on shimmery white and looks really cool IRL (in real life).  The edge of the tag is hidden by the stars card, but it’s cut in a “v”.  Very cute!

I’ll list the individual supplies when I post each card.  In the meantime, if you have a question about any card in particular, just email me!
